Description

12 Residential Apartments and 4 commercial units including a specialized childcare centre. The development was tastefully designed and constructed in the Northern Beaches Elanora heights and presents as a staple piece for the suburbs centre by setting a modern context to the streets façade.

Capital One Function

Arrangement of Finance Facilities, including first mortgage funding, second mortgage funding and third tier/equity funds. Ongoing supervision and involvement of Progress Control Group Meetings (PCG) meetings, including scrutinizing and approval of progressive Quantity Surveyor drawdown reports for financiers and ongoing dealings with builder (including trades) and the developer.
